Sunday Morning Worship is held each week at 8:30 and 11:00 a.m. Each Sunday morning worship service includes Holy Communion. During Advent (the four weeks preceding Christmas) and Lent (the forty days preceding Easter) we have midweek worship services each Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. All are welcomed to join us for any worship service at Calvary!

Summer Sunday Morning Worship Services during the months of June, July and August are as follows: 8:15 am is the Service of the Word with Holy Communion.  At 9:00 am Sunday School classes will meet.  At 10:00 am is a traditional service with Holy Communion.

The Music Program directed by Becky Stevens, includes the Choir, The Quartet, Handbells and the Children’s Choir.  For photos of these groups click here.

Outdoor Service – Each year we gather outdoors for a special worship service in the midst of God’s creation.   After worship we spend time eating a picnic lunch together and engaging in fun and fellowship. This year the church picnic and outdoor worship will be on September 25, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Catawba Meadows Park in one of the picnic shelters.

Blessing of the Animals – Each year, we hold a special outdoor service where all of our special pet friends receive prayers and a blessing.  The service is typically near October 4, the Commemoration of  St. Francis.  To see pictures from last year’s Blessing of the Animals click here.

Reformation Service – The last Sunday of October is Reformation Sunday, which commemorates the reformation of the Christian Church led by Martin Luther in the 16th century.
